PPA offers class instruction for both puppies and adult dogs to learn appropriate behaviors and manners. All of our classes are fun as that is the best way to train your dog. Come watch the wagging tails in our classes to see if this type of training is for you. We already know your dog will love it. Why? Punishment-oriented training methods are relatively inefficient and ineffective, causing more problems than they resolve.

Our puppy has taken three classes at Pawsitive Paws Academy. She loves to go. She realizes where she is going when we are 4 blocks away and she gets very excited.
This is the place to go to learn how to train your dog in a kind and gentle manner.

I have taken my puppy to the classes they have and the trainers are wonderful. Best training club in cedar rapids.

We did puppy pre-school with PPA and we loved it! The trainer, Don, was very friendly and accommodating.
We also had to leave our puppy at play-care one day, and I was very very very anxious since it was our first time away from our puppy. But, the staff assured and reassured my puppy's safety.
We will definitely do the play-care again, in case of emergencies.
We want to give our puppy some agility training at PPA very soon.
